"I can't believe how easy that was...virtually no effort at all and we made nealy $1400 at the door and over $200 in concessions...it only took 2 weeks strat to finish"
-Pam, Secretary at Plumas Avenue School, Oroville, CA

We have a no cost-to-you, no-risk-to-you, fun fundraiser program I think you might like.

About two months ago I got a letter from my son’s school telling us they didn’t have the funds to buy crayons, pencils, and other supplies. So as they run out of these things mid-year, there is no money to replace them. For the first time, the stories I have heard on the news were hitting close to home. And then, of course, there is the new California Budget that has big “cuts” in education. Then there are the national economic woes, and the story goes on. Schools having to find creative ways to fend for themselves as they try to provide the supplies needed for a standard education and not loose, arts, sports, music and other programs like field trips.

So in comes the fundraiser. Most require selling magazines, candles, cookie dough, chocolate, and/or a wide list of other sundries that most of us don’t want or need. And the profit split is ridiculously low for the school. And with wallets tightening and everyone fundraising it’s getting harder to meet fundraising goals.

What is needed is a novel idea that no one else is doing and doesn’t cost anything to put together but is still a lot of fun for everyone.

What would be even better is if it cost nothing to do the fundraiser and the money made would be pure profit? What if you could make as much as a couple of thousand dollars or more with minimal work?

We had been doing this fundraiser for several years now for other schools and community groups on a small scale since our main market is the fair-festival-theater market. But the dire situation almost every school has found themselves in has motivated us to reach out to as many schools as are interested.

So what’s it all about:

In the words of Our Gang leader Spanky, “Let’s put on a show!”

It’s really simple. You book our fundraiser show.

We decide together on the cost of the tickets according to your needs.

We send you flyer masters and numbered tickets.

You sell the tickets (we send you a tip sheet on the best ways to do this and maximize your income…some people will buy tickets just to give money to the school, some will buy blocks of tickets to give to people who can’t afford them).

We add a page to our website advertising the show with video and pictures so people can go online and see what the show is about.

We give you tips and ideas for free advertising.

On the day of the show we come in and convert your facility into a theater (we can even bring in a stage, sound, and lighting).

Before, during intermission, and after the show you sell concessions (popcorn, drinks, cupcakes, cookies, etc---you can have parents make these or get a store to donate them) and keep 100% of the concession money.

Here is an example of the financial break down: At the end of the night you return all unsold tickets. The first $400 we keep (Covers our basic expenditures)then we split the ticket sales 80-20 up to the next $400 then 70-30 the Next $400, then 60-40 for as the final split for all tickets sold above $1200.
{So let’s say if you sold 400 tickets at say $5.00 $2000 total minus $400. Then we split $1600 ($800 for the school). If you sold concessions you could total even more with your organization getting 100% of your own concession sales. You can also sell advertising in our program and get 75% of that income.

The great part is you did very little work beyond having the students and teachers sell tickets, you get a fun family night with a great show, and you made some money for whatever you need it for.

Recently Laytonville Elementary School enough money for their 3rd grader's field trip to San Francisco.

The Show:

We come in and set up a first notch full production illusion-circus show on your stage. (If you don't have a stage we can bring one. In fact, we can convert your multipurpose room, cafeteria, or even your playground into a theater. )
The show is a multi-cast show with Juggling, Illusions, Magic, Balancing,Tight rope, Trapeze (if the venue fits), escapes, hula hoop tricks, side-show stunts and more.

PRETTY SIMPLE, HUH?

We require no up front money or deposit!

There is no financial risk by you at all!

And...
The whole fundraiser can be started and finished in less than two weeks!
and in some cases just a week!
